At FusionMD, your health and the health of our community is our top priority. To ensure every patient has timely access to care, we ask that you respect our scheduling policies.

An appointment slot is reserved just for you. When a visit is missed or canceled without enough notice, it limits our ability to serve others who may need care urgently.

• 🔔 Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need. Late cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

• ❌ Missed appointments without notice will result in a $120 fee. This helps us maintain availability and fairness for all patients.
