An appointment slot is reserved just for you. When a visit is missed or canceled without enough notice, it limits our ability to serve others who may need care urgently.
Cancellation Guidelines
- 🔔 Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need. Late cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
No-Show Policy
- ❌ Missed appointments without notice will result in a $120 fee. This helps us maintain availability and fairness for all patients.
