Taylor Kliewer FNP, AGACNP

Meet Taylor Kliewer

Taylor was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed her dual family and adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (NP) training at the University of South Alabama.

Her nursing career began in the emergency department in south Dallas before she transitioned to intensive care in Dallas and later spent five years in the intensive care unit at OU Medical Center. After completing her nurse practitioner training, she practiced as a critical care NP at Integris Baptist Medical Center for three years before pursuing further education in functional medicine.

Taylor’s passion for functional medicine grew from her own experience with integrative care, which transformed her health and inspired her to help others navigate their own health journeys.

Her clinical interests include autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal health, hormone health, and metabolic dysfunction. Her goal is to help patients understand the underlying factors contributing to their health concerns and develop personalized, practical care plans that support lasting well-being.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys growing her own food and spending time with her husband, son, and two German Shepherds.
